The suspects stole the Durango from the parking lot of Health East Sports Center, 4125 Radio Drive, after people had left their cars and gone into the rink. They then went to the Walgreens at 1615 Queens Drive, where they stole the Lexus.
The Lexus has Minnesota license plates numbered 445LFK. The dog, Violet, is described as dark in color and wearing a purple collar.
The suspects were described as four males, three wearing dark clothing and another wearing a bright reflective vest.
