We’re looking for a visual wizard with a competitive spirit to join our dynamic team. In addition to on-air marketing, you’ll work closely with our talented team to create entertaining sales presentations to close deals and put revenue on the books. If you’re a true team player, ready to create content that shatters the traditional mold of breaking news and weather promos, KPRC 2 may be your career move. Advanced editing skills with Adobe Creative Suite and intimate understanding of how to utilize social media are essential. Advanced knowledge of videography and lighting will give you an edge over other candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Create full scale marketing campaigns to brand our products (including digital, on-air, web supplements and social media); includes writing, scheduling, directing, producing, shooting and editing spots

· Generate and execute ideas to improve workflow and create efficiency within the department.

· Generate revenue by coordinating and integrating sales elements into promotions.

· Generate crawls, write press releases, field produce for local specials and community involvement projects.
