MARIETTA — ELPRO Services Inc. has hired two people and promoted a third, the company has announced.

The company recently hired Joseph Bentivegna as team leader, on-site services, Sean Moore as U.S. project manager, services, and promoted Derek Snyder, head of project management and operations, to the management team.

Bentivegna of Dover, Del., served 20 years in the military and he supported defense contractors in calibrating aerospace and ground support equipment. He brings a unique skillset to the team that is responsible for completing installation, qualification and calibration projects ELPRO monitoring equipment and software.

“I am excited to be on board with ELPRO, and I am looking forward to becoming fully operational in my home area,” Bentivegna said.

He studied criminal justice at Midlands Technical College.

Moore has been a project manager and business development-sales manager. He is a certified project management professional and has an MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University.

He is responsible for planning projects for central monitoring systems including temperature-mapping services. Moore remains in constant communication with clients, management, marketing, sales, engineers, operations and customer support to ensure goals and requirements are met.

“I am motivated and eager to ensure customer projects are on time and on budget,” said Moore.

Moore resides in Caldwell, Ohio.

Due to the company’s growing business needs, ELPRO’s department of project management has become a standalone entity poised for expansion.

In his new role on the ELPRO Services management team, Snyder oversees operational efficiencies and determines how to best align departments for streamlined communication. With Snyder’s previous experience as chief operating officer and chief executive officer at Coplin Health, including his work performance, he was invited to join the management team.

Snyder has a master’s of arts in counseling from Marshall University and a bachelor’s of arts in psychology, with a minor in religion from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Snyder resides in Parkersburg.
